The question has been raised how are RSS feeds viewed.
An RSS READER is necessary for this. You can use the Latest Headlines tab in your Firefox toolbar, or go to Firefox add-ons and search for RSS. There you will see a plethora of user rated RSS readers that can be integrated with Firefox. I suspect nearly all web browsers and email readers have such tools. Google has a reader gadget that can be added to IGoogle ( a Google desktop portal )
Creating RSS links to your reader is called subscribing and it is usually done by registering a URL in the reader. This process would be specific to each reader.
