There are currently two Business Rules! tutorial semesters available for programmers who are new to BR.
The first tutorial semester is designed for absolute beginners and teaches the basics of both programming and the Business Rules! language. It provides examples and exercises to help a beginner develop skills in program statements, commands, file processing, printing, full screen processing, and debugging, among other topics.
The second tutorial semester builds on the what was learned in the first semester to provide intermediate level explanations and practice covering a variety of more advanced topics. It includes graphical windows operations, advanced printing, indexing and sorting, functions and libraries, connecting to websites, using third party utilities, and more.
Both tutorial semesters also provide tips and solutions to the practice exercises to help with the learning process.
Tutorials One and Two are available on the BR Wiki. Once the tutorials are completed, the Wiki itself is a great source of continued learning.
