| The Business Rules Group, Inc. is a Chapter 180 corporation under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Chapter 180 of the Massachusetts General Laws is the section that deals with not-for-profit entities. A Chapter 180 Massachusetts corporation does not have any shareholders. The organization was incorporated by incorporators and is run by a board of directors elected by dues paying members. The Board of Directors elects the officers of the organization. | |
