SROW=<row>
The "SROW = row" parameter identifies the starting row for the window. The "row" portion of this parameter can be any integer within the size of the main BR window. If a border is specified for the window, it must be 1 more than the desired starting place, to account for a one row border. The value of "row" cannot exceed the value of the ending row.
Used in Open Window statements.
